“三軟"煤層的(de)綜合(he)防(fang)(fang)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)措施(shi)問(wen)題(ti)尤為突出,具體表(biao)現在:采用(yong)煤體注(zhu)(zhu)水防(fang)(fang)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)措施(shi)時(shi),注(zhu)(zhu)水鉆(zhan)孔易塌孔、夾鉆(zhan),排(pai)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)難度(du)較(jiao)大,使(shi)鉆(zhan)孔深度(du)很難達到理想要求,且封孔困(kun)難,合(he)理的(de)注(zhu)(zhu)水壓力和注(zhu)(zhu)水時(shi)間仍(reng)很難確定;割煤工(gong)(gong)序粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)嚴重(zhong)超(chao)(chao)標,在無噴(pen)霧狀(zhuang)態下,zui高能達到1000mg/m3以上;運(yun)輸機(ji)道各轉載點(dian)產生(sheng)大量粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen),嚴重(zhong)污染工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)進(jin)風流;綜采放頂煤工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)放煤作(zuo)業時(shi),放煤口粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)嚴重(zhong)超(chao)(chao)標;炮掘工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)放炮很長時(shi)間后,浮(fu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)仍(reng)很難降(jiang)低到標準(zhun)濃度(du)。現有淋(lin)水噴(pen)霧降(jiang)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)中(zhong)一方面(mian)(mian)沒有合(he)適的(de)添加(jia)劑以提高降(jiang)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效果,另外現在噴(pen)頭(tou)存在霧化效果差等特點(dian)。
測(ce)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)自動噴霧降塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)裝置(zhi),該裝置(zhi)根(gen)據(ju)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)控(kong)制灑(sa)(sa)水降塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen),適用(yong)于煤礦井(jing)下工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)、井(jing)底煤倉運輸大巷等(deng)工(gong)作(zuo)場(chang)所。系統主要由(you)煤礦粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器、隔爆(bao)兼(jian)(jian)本(ben)(ben)安多路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥、噴頭、水管(guan)等(deng)組(zu)成。當監測(ce)場(chang)所粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)濃度(du)達到或超過粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器設定的報警(jing)值時,粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器產生(sheng)一個觸(chu)發(fa)控(kong)制信號(hao),通(tong)過傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)至隔爆(bao)兼(jian)(jian)本(ben)(ben)安多路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),由(you)隔爆(bao)兼(jian)(jian)本(ben)(ben)安多路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)內(nei)的繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器打(da)開電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥對工(gong)作(zuo)場(chang)所進行灑(sa)(sa)水,降低工(gong)作(zuo)場(chang)所的粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen),當粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器恢復(fu)到正常工(gong)作(zuo)狀態時,灑(sa)(sa)水停(ting)止。
粉塵監控噴霧降塵控制系統
噴(pen)(pen)霧系統(tong)(tong)可以實(shi)現(xian)對煤礦(kuang)產塵(chen)(chen)作業場所粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)濃度的(de)實(shi)時(shi)(shi)監(jian)測及(ji)降(jiang) 除。該系統(tong)(tong)由粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)濃度傳感器測定(ding)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)濃度、粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)噴(pen)(pen)霧控(kong)制器自(zi)動控(kong) 制噴(pen)(pen)霧降(jiang)塵(chen)(chen)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)開停,視頻監(jian)控(kong)利用原有煤場安裝(zhuang)的(de)監(jian)控(kong)攝像儀, 實(shi)現(xian)對所測場所粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de) 24 小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)連(lian)續監(jian)測、監(jian)控(kong)及(ji)灑水降(jiang)塵(chen)(chen),并可通(tong) 過網絡與市監(jian)控(kong)平(ping)臺(tai)進行數據傳輸。
利用噴霧(wu)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)微粒由于其及其細小,表面張力基本上(shang)為(wei)零,噴灑到空(kong)氣(qi)中能迅速吸附空(kong)氣(qi)中的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)大(da)小灰塵顆粒,形成有(you)效控塵。對大(da)型開闊范圍的(de)控塵降塵有(you)很好的(de)效果(guo)(guo)。同時這種(zhong)效果(guo)(guo)*是(shi)一種(zhong)霧(wu)化效果(guo)(guo),絕不產(chan)生(sheng)水滴和潮濕。特別適用于鑄造廠、紡(fang)織廠、食品廠、印刷廠、機場、游樂場、步行街等廣泛應用,費用低(di)廉(lian)效果(guo)(guo)明(ming)顯。
